In addition to the devastating impact of COVID-19, the ancient city of Hyderabad was profoundly affected by the October 2020 Flood, causing widespread destruction to personal property, livelihoods, and the hope of many individuals. However, amidst this dire situation, the compassionate volunteers of I-CARE emerged, demonstrating remarkable generosity by providing much-needed assistance to those in need. The Trust took the lead in offering essential provisions such as food, water, blankets, medicines, and clothing to those directly affected by the flood. This humanitarian effort spanned from October 2020 to December 2020, a duration of three months. Approximately 1000 members and over 200 families from the flood-affected areas of Hyderabad were fortunate beneficiaries of this initiative.
